FORT-BAU Zrt. Submitted a successful application within the framework of the Interreg V-A Slovakia-Hungary Cooperation Program “Between R2 and M3 Toward the new cross-border north-south economic development axis” launch the Southern Axis for Economic Development under the Territorial Employment Action Plan (TAPE).
The main goal of the DIGI project implemented by the company is to improve the employment situation in the regions of Nógrád and Banská Bystrica. In order to increase production efficiency, FORT-BAU Zrt. Will want to put into operation an automated door and window production line, the acquisition of which is in progress.
With the launch of the new production line, the company undertakes to create 6 new jobs. FORT-BAU Zrt. Is the leading beneficiary of the project, and its Slovak partners are two small and medium-sized enterprises based in Füle: TOOTH TOOLS s.r.o. and FILLECK s.r.o.
The project is being implemented by FORT-BAU Zrt. From the European Regional Development Fund in the amount of € 702,960 co-financed by the European Union, of which € 421,776 is ERDF support.

The primary goal of the DIGI application is to increase digitization in the border area. FORT-BAU Zrt., Which has a plant in Salgótarján, is the leading beneficiary of the project, and its Slovak partners are two small and medium-sized enterprises based in Füle: TOOTH TOOLS s.r.o. and FILLECK s.r.o.
The beneficiaries undertook cooperation in the framework of the TAPE “BETWEEN R2 AND R3” territorial action plan, which aims to improve the employment situation in the regions of Nógrád and Banská Bystrica. In order to increase production efficiency, FORT-BAU Zrt. Acquires an automated door and window production line and undertakes to create 6 new jobs.
FORT-BAU Zrt. Purchases a fully automated PVC window and door production line, which consists of the following main parts: SMC 320 profile processing and cutting center, SSL 1 welding and 2-axis cleaning machine, Visual Window production control software (+ sawing, milling, adjustment, screwing, welding, fitting, glazing, transfer units).
TOOTH TOOLS s.r.o. aims to shorten the manufacturing process, increase accuracy, reduce error rates and increase production with the new CNC-controlled machine procurement. FILLECK s.r.o., a telecommunications company operating in the Losonc district. plans to build an optical network not covered by a broadband access network in Trebeľovce, Muľka, Rapovce, Kalonda, Mučín, Lipovany and Pleš.

Project content:
Our project is most affected by our activity 41.20 - Construction of residential and non-residential buildings, where in addition to infrastructure investments, capacity expansion will be implemented with the acquisition of new machines. The machines to be purchased have been rented if necessary. With our own machines we can avoid expectations and reduce the administrative time. Instead of manual labor, we can speed up the work. We can do more work in less time, the turnaround time of projects is reduced, so we can take on more work in the same amount of time. The installation of elevators helps to store raw materials and facilitates transport. The use of each new machine requires a skilled workforce that we have. The equipment generates additional work, so we can provide a secure job for existing employees or even achieve additional staff growth. For the new employees, we will also implement an IT investment within the project, and we will use two types of consulting services: - Organizational structure and optimization of activities / processes

As a result of the implementation of the complex development, the profitability and job retention capacity of our company will also improve.

Project description:
The aim of the project is to build a 4-star complex hotel with modern infrastructure and high-quality tourist services, based on the rich and diverse natural and environmental features and historical monuments of the settlement.
The development is available for all ages. The project will create 67 (including 2 accessible) rooms, 2 conference rooms, a restaurant for 160 people and a spa area for 35 people.
